Junet has a background in the Hospitality Industry working as a qualified chef (Sydney, Australia and Wellington, New Zealand), restaurant supervisor and team leader (Wellington, New Zealand) and in hotel Sales & Marketing as a Business Development Manager – MICE (Auckland, New Zealand).

Whilst primarily responsible for KAIZEN® College activities, Junet provides consulting support for Total Service Management projects. Recent clients include NZ Police and Open Polytechnic of NZ.
