Ming joined the KAIZEN® Institute New Zealand at the end of 2006 as a consultant. Ming has worked on a number of key projects and specializes in Total Flow Management (Lean Manufacturing) and Total Service Management. His industry experience includes Manufacturing, Service, Processing, as well as Distribution and Logistics.

Prior to joining in 2004, Ming has completed his B.Eng (Mechatronics) from University of Auckland and then his Master in Mechanical discipline. In 2005, he was granted a Technology Industry Fellowship (TIF) Scholarship from Foundation for Research, Science and Technology.

Ming has a passion for KAIZEN® and since joining KINZ 2006 has continued to apply his Lean and KAIZEN® knowledge to the benefit of his local/overseas clients.

Recent client projects include food processing, energy retailing, paint & aerosol & laminate manufacturing and automotive textiles.

Ming’s multilingual abilities have resulted in him attending global assignments in China during 2007.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
