Lean Kaizen Training
KAIZEN® College is the training and professional development arm of the KAIZEN® Institute. The College’s primary function is to provide continuing professional development to business improvement professionals at every level of an organization.
KAIZEN® College certification accompanies all of our training and coaching, our team is pleased to bring World Class Lean training to New Zealand.
KAIZEN® College has had over 11,000 participants since its inception in 1997. The Internationally recognized KAIZEN® Lean Certification is available here in NZ, and already a number of process improvement practitioners, senior managers and those on the path to continuous improvement have started their training to become KAIZEN® Managers of the future.
KAIZEN® College certification enables an organisation to develop their internal capabilities and become independent of consultants, and quickly returning on the investment to generate savings and improvements in service quality to your clients and customers.
World Class Experience
KAIZEN® Institute New Zealand has created a series of training and professional development services to meet the employees and business improvement professionals.
Our trainers are experienced Lean KAIZEN experts, delivering training and consultancy services to clients across the globe. This global experience and business improvement methodologies are an unrivalled combination that is available here in NZ.
KAIZEN® College courses are attended by people who are new to the key concepts of lean and need an introductory course; by people who have a grasp of lean but who feel they need a refresher course; by experienced practitioners who want to take their knowledge of KAIZEN® to the next level; and by lean experts who want to take our ‘master classes’.
We also conduct half and one-day seminars designed to introduce participants to Lean KAIZEN ® tools and principles. Held in various places around the globe, students can learn about the techniques and processes of KAIZEN®, listen to case studies and the results achieved by guest speakers who have implemented lean in their organizations. We’ll introduce ourselves to you and answer any questions about KAIZEN® that you may have.
