Over the past 10 years the Kaizen Institute has developed a six level model for implementing Lean thinking and Kaizen into service industries and this approach has been embodied in “Total Service Management”.
Total Service Management specialises in applying Lean and Kaizen into the office and administrative environment delivering improved performance within each department or function.
Developed with leadership in mind, our Kaizen College offers a 3 day introductory seminar that instructs participants in the founding techniques to dramatically improve service operations, utilising operational excellence techniques pioneered by world class organisation including the Toyota Motor Corporation.
