"Kaizen Institute New Zealand has enabled us to engage our staff in streamlining and improving our processes to deliver better customer value. Our consultant was like a coach who came to us regularly, not a one-off seminar or workshop, but ongoing hands-on help to implement continuous improvement. Kaizen Institute New Zealand helped us realise how powerful visual management is for engaging staff. Being involved in the KAIZEN™ program has helped our people to be happier and focused on their work and to meet more ambitious targets."
Richard Beaumont - General Manager
